Urban Rabbits

Cottontail and brush rabbits become a problem when they feed on plants in our gardens and yards. To protect flowerbeds and vegetable gardens, surround them with two-foot high fences made of one-inch poultry wire. To keep rabbits from gnawing the bark off of your trees and shrubs, wrap the bottom 18 inches of the trunks with commercially available protective wrap.
